Yes. Every AI Agent Sprint includes 30 days of post-ship support at no extra cost. Beyond that, the maintenance retainer is $3,500 per month and covers 4 to 8 hours of agent updates, prompt tuning, monitoring, and integration adjustments. Most founders sign on for the first 60 days post-Sprint at minimum. Some convert to long-term retainers as they add more agents over time.
Risk reversal
Sprint engagements are scoped with a clear shipped deliverable. If the staging agent does not match the agreed scope, the work is iterated until it does, at no additional cost. Embedded contracts are reviewed monthly, with either side able to end the arrangement with 2 weeks notice. The bias is toward continuous shipping, which makes course-correction fast.
